Holiday apartment located in Agger Tange Feriecenter close to many shared activities such as a playground, tennis court, and community center. It is only about 150 meters to the North Sea and the beach, and only 50 meters to the playground. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and the kitchen, which is combined with the living room, is equipped with a new stove, extractor hood, and refrigerator/freezer. The living room is equipped with a smart TV for streaming your own services, a DVD player, and a collection of various DVD movies. There is also a new Bluetooth speaker. The living room has good light from the large windows facing the private terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be folded out for 2 people (approx. 140 x 200 cm). There is a bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, which can be pushed together to form a double bed. The terrace has a garden table, garden chairs, and a barbecue. The terrace offers views of the natural surroundings. There are many shared activities at the holiday center, including free access to the holiday center's indoor swimming pool with separate children's pool and sauna. Open from April 1 to October 22. Outdoors, there is tennis, a playground, mini golf, and a campfire site. There is a communal coin-operated laundry. There is a public charging station for electric cars at Agger Tange Holiday Center. The apartment is located in a Natura 2000 area. There is bike rental, surfboard rental, and the option to rent a boat, go on a seal safari, and much more. Within walking distance, there are several different restaurants, a cinema, and music events. Not available for rental to youth or trade groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
