There are three bedrooms: two with very comfortable double beds and a third with a bunk bed that can accommodate adults, making the home suitable for both families and groups. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating for added comfort. Families with young children will appreciate the high chair and changing table provided. Outside, a large covered terrace invites you to enjoy meals or simply relax while overlooking the garden. The garden itself features a play structure with two swings, a slide, and a sandpit, perfect for children to enjoy outdoor fun. A fire pit allows for cozy evenings around a campfire. The house is just 200 meters from Kvie Lake, a clear, low-nutrient heath lake with a sandy bottom, ideal for children to play safely. The shallow areas make it easy for little ones to enjoy swimming, while older kids and adults can relax or fish in the calm water. This property combines comfortable indoor living with extensive outdoor amenities in a peaceful setting, offering the perfect environment for a family holiday. It is located in a quiet area with nature trails and scenic views. No rentals to youth groups, please.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
