This vacation rental is a charming cottage located close to Ringkøbing Fjord, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The house has a living room with a cozy wood-burning stove and TV, and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds, ideal for a small family or group of friends. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, freezer, and coffee maker, and the bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. There is electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump for a comfortable indoor climate all year round. Outside you will find two sunny terraces, a barbecue and a large, natural plot of 1063 m². A special treat is an outdoor hot tub that can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups. Bork Havn is a cozy holiday village near Ringkøbing Fjord, offering a range of activities for both children and adults. The area is known for its beautiful, child-friendly beaches and is a popular choice for water activities such as windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing, especially at Westwind Bork Havn. Bork Viking Harbor is a popular destination where you can experience Vikings, Viking houses, and an authentic Viking ship, and during the summer months there are plenty of exciting activities. The town is also home to the Bork Festival in week 31, a music festival that has been a tradition since 1979. If you are looking for fun indoor activities, visit Bork Legeland, a large indoor playground for children. The vacation home is ideally located for enjoying both nature and activities at Ringkøbing Fjord. It has two terraces that are perfectly oriented towards the sun and a large outdoor area where children and adults can play and enjoy their free time. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
