Perfect for what I needed.

Easy to find, good parking, good location, clean, warm, own entrance. Only drawback was that there was no covering across the door. Not overlooked and was winter so no morning sun but would suggest this is fixed so then it would be perfect. Had to hang stuff over door to feel more comfortable sleeping.
