Just a short stroll from the village centre where you can immerse yourself in the charm of Appledore, with its narrow lanes, vibrant fisherman cottages and quayside, where an array of cafés, pubs and restaurants await, showcasing a diverse range of local cuisine and seafood. Wander through galleries displaying regional arts or embark on a seasonal ferry to the picturesque village of Instow, known for its beach and stunning sunsets.

Alternatively, head to the famed Westward Ho! surfing beach, a mere 2.5 miles away, or explore the nearby market town of Bideford, offering day trips to Lundy Island aboard the MS Oldenburg. The property is accessed via a stepped pathway with a hallway with a utility cupboard a washing machine and a freezer. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner exudes a contemporary industrial feel with comfortable furniture soothing décor and a smart TV. Boasting underfloor heating throughout, comfort is ensured all year round. The kitchen area has all you’ll need for your stay, including a dishwasher and the two cosy and inviting bedrooms; one a double with an en-suite shower room, the other a twin room with direct terrace access, beckon for rejuvenating nights of sleep. Although the walls are quite high, caution with adventurous, young children should be taken due to the drop on the other side. A lockable gate offers secure storage for bikes and surfboards and makes for a secure area for your pet.
