The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, boasts a living/sleeping room measuring 35 square meters with a sofa bed and satellite TV (flat screen), leading to a balcony. There is also a room (13 square meters) with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and another room (9 square meters) with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), along with an open kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with a dining table.
