Discover the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday at Villa Bantayan, located in a quiet area of Albufeira. The spacious living and dining area, with rustic details, invites relaxation and socializing, providing a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, two of them en suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom with shower for guests' convenience. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy.



The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and convenient, ideal for enjoying time with family or friends.



Outside, the private pool offers moments of leisure and sunbathing. The patio, dining area and barbecue make outdoor living perfect for long gatherings.



Villa Bantayan is just a few minutes by car from the Algarve's most beautiful beaches and a short distance from restaurants, bars and shops in Albufeira, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €400 / Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Very enjoyable holiday

Our holiday was very enjoyable, with plenty of comfort and space to relax. The environment felt calm and well suited for a group stay. Everything went smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our time away. Dining at the Algarbe restaurant was also a great experience.

Peaceful and comfortable stay

We had a very relaxing stay and truly enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The space felt welcoming and was ideal for spending quality time together. Lovely stay with great extras

Great place to unwind

This was a great place to unwind and enjoy a quiet holiday. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing days and evenings together. The overall experience was very positive and stress free. We also joined one of the boat tours, which was a wonderful addition to our stay.

Cozy and Relaxing Stay

We had a fantastic stay, enjoying the welcoming atmosphere and spacious living areas that made everything feel comfortable and easy. Perfect Family Getaway

Relaxing and well organized

Wonderful Holiday Experience

We had a lovely stay, with plenty of space to relax and a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the house. The outdoor dining and barbecue area were perfect for spending quality time together. To top it off, we also enjoyed meals at the Algarbe restaurant, which made our stay even more special.

One of the ground floor rooms had the following issues, easily identified as the one with the noisy door that jams on the floor;Shower draining slowlyAir Con faulty ….. leaking Door hinge loose ….door dragging on floorOverall the Villa is a bit dated and very old fashioned (Could do with fresh painting inside and out to freshen it up) but it is very spacious and suited our needs. The outside area was attractive but for future guests I’d suggest getting the pool heated if booking for October.

This is a beautiful villa and the perfect location to meet with family to reconnect

We were two families staying here and there was plenty of room for everyone!! The villa was spotless and the outside grounds are very well kept. The flowers are gorgeous and the pool was very comfortable for lots of swimming. The closest beach is approx 1km from the villa and there are about 8 others all within 5km. There is a large super market about 1km away as well that was very convenient. The property managers were all amazing, especially Sandra who took very good care of us. She had many recommendations for us and arranged some tours and transfers on our behalf. She met us on our first day to ensure we had all the information we needed and that was a really nice touch. We would recommend this villa to anybody and would return any day.
