The lakeside location is so pretty and peaceful and the lodge park is ideally placed to enjoy York, Malton and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.. 3 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: TV, Electric Fire, French Doors Leading To Decking
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, TV Ensuite: Toilet (Only)
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car; additional on-site parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden. There is a lake on-site.. The lodge boasts an inviting open plan living area, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, and a convenient washing machine. The dining table for four is ideal for shared meals, while the comfortable seating area provides stunning views of the lake through French doors that lead to the enclosed decking. The lodge is dog-friendly, ensuring that every member of the family can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Accommodations include a twin room and a master king-size double with an en-suite toilet, accompanied by a house shower room. The immaculate grounds surrounding the lodge create a peaceful atmosphere, and the lake, adorned with illuminated fountains at night, adds a touch of magic to the setting.
