Beautiful Property, especially outdoors, with many sitting areas, beautiful vistas of the mountains and lavish pools. The outdoor kitchen and eating area is really special - we ate all dinners there, no need to go out if you love to BBQ, and includes a full gas stove, dishwasher and full set of dishes. The interior is very modern with TVs galore is that's your thing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small, spend your time outside. The Bosch latte maker was a morning treat!Our minor complaints keep this lovely villa frrom being a first class property, The house is a tech dream or depending on your opinion, a tech nightmare (although the electric shades and full house light controls were great). Figuring out all the controls, even with our hosts' help, was a challenge. The electronic wall controls are too bright at night - bring your eye mask to sleep.The maintenance was a little lax - all the linear drains needed cleaning, many of the flower pots were dead, and the tennis court was a bit weedy and the net not right. The rackets provided badly needed restringing and there only 2. While the kitchen lacked a few items (hot pads, salad tossers), it's mostly well stocked. The gate is too much - it looks like a gulag and is annoying to deal with, and the "The One" signage has got to go! It doesn't fit the area and your neighbors are very put off by it.But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable and pleasant stay at The One!

We appreciate the thought that Niko put into all the features of the home that made our stay at The One Villa unforgettable! Small details like a charging station built into the kitchen island and filtered drinking water (cold and sparkling) in the kitchen sink as well as an easy-to-use stereo system throughout the inside/outside of the home made our stay comfortable and exciting. Not to mention the tennis court (With a soccer net and basketball hoop) my adult children played on and the many pools we used. Niko gave us many recommendations throughout the area that made our stay more enjoyable.
