The villa is built according to standards of luxury and comfort and offers the perfect retreat. You'll be able to find relaxation & solitude, enjoy the company of your family and friends in a comfortable and gathering space.
This spacious and luxurious, 450m2 , 6-bedroom villa boasts a perfect location, 5km to the city of Chania, just 500m from the sandy beach, offering complete privacy. 6 double bedrooms: comprising 4 double and 2 twin, 6 bathrooms, are stylishly and exclusively decorated while the over sized lounge and dining area with the floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful views of the sea. Marble floors and huge white columns which support an open atrium, offering a view of the blue sky. The ground floor entrance leads into a second living/dining area and provides space for 2 additional persons. There is a new grandparents room with separate bathroom at the first floor available. A unique 130m2 large terrace overlooking 2500m2 of private grounds, a 100m2 large pool, creates the idyllic setting to live your own private legend on the island of myth.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay. Ester was an amazing hostess and helped us plan what to do each day. Her restaurant and travel recommendations were perfect. There were 9 of us that stayed in the very spacious home with a stocked kitchen. The pool area was beautiful. The beach and restaurants were a 10 minute walk. Would easily stay at here again.

Amazing luxury house

Wonderful house with a large secluded back yard, big pool and lots of stuff. Perfect for a family reunion. Perfectly located near a couple of restaurants, 700m from a beach and easy access to the highway. We hade a fully equiped bar and beers and win ready when we arrived. Esther speaks good ebglish and helped us during our visit.

Villa Perla Blanca is an outstanding villa. We have been going away as a family for over 15 years, and this villa is one of the best. A number of things stood out. First, the villa is exactly as advertised and the pictures extremely accurate. For renters this is always the first concern. We were a party of 10 and there was an abundance of room for all, and all rooms were beautiful, well-appointed and as advertised. No concern here. The second is the cleanliness and maintenance of the villa, both at check in and throughout our stay. We are very particular, and the standard of care of the villa and the property are simply outstanding. The third is the pool, simply a highlight and the finest we have ever seen. Hours and hours of fun. Fourth is the location. Within walking distance of world class beaches and shopping and easy access by car to Chania. Fifth and most important is the host, Esther. The host is the key to any successful rental vacation and Esther was the best. There was nothing that she could have done more and in a more pleasant and helpful manner. She responded immediately to any issue that arose and was also like our personal concierge making the vacation stressless and joyful. If there was the option of more than 5 stars, Esther w warranted this villa getting a 6th. Do not hesitate to rent this villa. It is a winner.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We had 2 lovely holidays in Crete in 2019 and 2020. This property is spacious and in a quiet location. It is also a short walk to restaurants and bars. We were 2 families with teenage children who all really enjoyed..

Villa très agréable

Propriétaire vraiment très sympathique et accueillante. Villa en excellent état. De grandes pièces confortables. Clim parfaite. Équipement exceptionnel. Très grande piscine en pente jusqu’à 3m40. Grande terrasse ombragée. Rien ne manque pour le confort. Beaucoup de cigales tout autour. Vue mer satisfaisante. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison avec nos enfants et petits-enfants

Amazing three generation family holiday villa!

We have stayed at a lot of villas on holidays abroad - and this one tops our list. There was everything we needed for a three generation family getaway. Lots of space, great amenities, the most amazing pool and gardens. Esther, the owner, looked after our every need. Upon arrival we even had an amazing lunch pre-prepared and ready for a hungry family of 14. The kids (and adults) loved the pool - larger and much deeper than the average villa we have stayed at - but also has the benefit of a small kids' pool for the little ones. We were minutes walk away from a few small supermarkets, the lovely sandy beaches, bars and restaurants so a car is not necessary - although we made use of hiring cars to get to the lively bustling city of Chania for some dinners/browsing. It's a great location to see the North West corner of Crete and within 40-60 minutes drive from other amazing beaches, water parks, hikes (the Gorge) and monasteries/churches/places of interest. We did not want to leave! Thank you Esther for your hospitality.

Super hosts, loved all the extras, very comfortable villa. Wonderful meals cooked and all recommendations in the area first class! We had a super family holiday, one to remember!!

Fabulous family get together.

Perfect villa for our family get together. Fabulous location close to a lovely beach and lots of tavernas. Plenty of space for the children and a brilliant swimming pool for the children and adults to enjoy (probably the best villa pool we've had for size and a very useful toddler pool). The owners were very welcoming and generous making sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay that bit more special. It was great to arrive to lots of lovely local treats and we all felt very relaxed enjoying the comforts of a well equipped and very clean villa. In fact we found it difficult to leave and didn't feel like we needed to venture far as everything we needed was so close. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great 2 weeks at Villa Jasmine in Kalamaki!!!

We just returned after 2 weeks at Villa Jasmine. We absolutely loved it!!! The villa is huge and highly equipped with anything we could think of. The outdoor area is massive and very well mantained. The beach at the end of the road is small but very cosy and children friendly. Some of the restaurants by the beach are great. Our favorites were Irida and Corinna Star Resturant, the last one needs to be booked 2 days before. We were 14 people staying at the villa and we all enjoyed it very much. The hosts Ester and Dimitri are extremly service minded and helped us with everything. When one of us needed medical help they made sure we got the best treatment and followed up closely. Since 2 of us celebrated an annaversary Ester arranged a Greek dinner at the Villa and some musicians that came and played for us in the garden - is was magic:-) We paid for this separatly of course. We hope to come back some day!

Fantastic

We are a family of 6, with children aged 5-15. This was a fantastic base to explore Chania and the rest of Crete. The villa is a tad dated, but spotlessly clean and extemely comfortable. The owners take a lot of pride in the property and its grounds. The pool and gardens are maintained every day. Esther and her husband are the perfect hosts. On hand when needed, but not in interrupting your privacy. Their hospitality was at a level we have never experienced before at other villas and Esther's tips on days out, restaurants and other local knowledge were priceless. We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend villa Jasmine.

Villa Jazmine is magical!!!

My family and I have been on holiday over the past 6 years with two other families. We've been on 2 cruises, and stayed in several Villas. Two in Greece, one in Italy & Croatia. All of the locations have been exquisite, but this year our stay at Villa Jazmine was beyond perfect. We now love the island of Crete and the town of Chania. The local beaches & restaurants down the street from the villa are great. The same goes for Chania old town with its beautiful beaches and some amazing restaurants and fun bars & night clubs for dancing. I think the best part of our trip to Crete had to have been the owner of our villa, the wonderful Esther. There were so many things she did to make our visit perfect. Beginning with arranging our transport to and from the airport. We arrived quite late and it was so nice to be able to hop on a coach and be taken straight to the villa. When we arrived Esther had prepared the most beautiful meal with wine & beer as well. Talk about spoiled! The next day Esther popped by the house to talk over our plans for the week. She advised us on several trips and booked them for us, each time organising every detail. One of our group had a horrible pain in her tooth during our stay and Esther arranged an appointment at the dentist for her to get treated. Without it she would have had to go home early. The Villa Jazmine is the most beautiful house. The rooms are all stylishly decorated and very big. Esther includes everything to make your stay the best, from lovey coffee in the morning to a full bar. Everyone in our group loved the amazing swimming pool. The water was absolutely beautiful and clean. Speaking of clean Esther also provides a cleaning service 3 times in the week. Such fabulous treatment. We love to visit different places each year with our family, but I can tell you Villa Jazmine will definitely be on our list of places to visit a second time in the future. When a trip is so perfect it's crazy not to return for a second time. Thank you Esther so much for making our Summer holiday 2016 one we will never forget.

Villa Jasmine, an exquisite marble palace

Villa Jasmine is a perfect paradise for a large group of people, comfortably sleeps 14. Esther, the owner with her husband Dimitri, is the most thoughtful, charming and gracious host, and there was no detail unattended to and no effort spared to make our vacation unforgettable.Three stories of flawless white marble, a uniquely well equipped kitchen, the perfect turquoise pool, doves cooing in the morning, an occasional rooster in the distance for early breakfast al fresco. Esther directed us to unusual beaches to discover and led us to the friendly beach, white sand, within walking distance in direct line from the house, where there also is a wonderful local restaurant. Ask Esther. We are eager to return and could not recommend Villa Jasmine more enthusiastically. Thank you Gittan. Etan Merrick New York

A heaven for family vacation

Jasmine Villa exceeded our expectation, this property has everything a family need. Big bedrooms for everyone, nice open space inside, a kitchen that has everything you need to make a dinner for the family. I can go on and on when it comes to the house, but it is truly the outside space that will come to its right place for the family. Our family consisting of ages between 6 and 60 years, 11 altogether, loved the large outside space. It is truly as private as it says, you feel alone with your family in this garden. There are several activities that you can enjoy there, but its the pool that is the center of everything here. Our kids loved it, they used it all day, and you have a great overview of the pool from the porch when you need just a little silence from the noice from the kids. The porch is a large open space with a huge dinner table where we ate breakfast and dinner, and it also has a very nice couch where you can relax. We only went to the beach 3 out of 10 days, beacuse we loved Villa Jasmine so much that we did'nt want spend our time anywhere else. So for a family vacation or anyone else, this is something you really should consider if you are considering going on a holiday with many people and you want privacy. The hospitality of Esther and Dimitris is beyond what you expect, they are truly there for you and make sure you have everything you need. To them I would like to say thank you for making this vacation a dream come true. It is often the small things that matter, like very good coffee, very good oranges, high quality oliveoil and a memorable trip to Karavitakis Winery. This winery have some of the best wines in Crete, it is worth trying if you like red wine. Thx for everything Best regards from the family from Norway.

11 of us stayed in this beautiful villa being fantastically looked after by Dimitiris and Esther. The villa is wonderfully equipped 10 minutes walk from the sea (when we could tear ourselves away from the lovely pool!). It was comfort itself with a lovely terrace where we could watch the sun go down, have dinner and watch the children playing games in the garden. Dimitris and Esther's welcome was warmth itself and they cared for us through a small disaster without hesitation. We all had a wonderful holiday on this bearutiful island and want to return again as soon as we can!
