There is full air-conditioning throughout the house with underfloor heating for the colder months. The master bedroom has a queen double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bidet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen double bed that can easily be converted into 2 single beds. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower. The upstairs open plan living area has a sleek modern fully equipped kitchen and a stylish lounge with comfortable seating and dining table for four. The panoramic folding glass wall in the living area leads out to the patio where you can enjoy al fresco dining. From here, the staircase leads up to the Crows Nest where you can relax on the comfortable sofas, soak up all day sunshine while gazing out to the Ria Formosa or hear the bells of the Cathedral of Faro. Additional comforts are a Bose SoundLink Revolve, access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, Ninja Nutri Blender, Lavazza Coffee machine and coffee pods and Ice Maker. Mobile phone chargers for both Apple and Android are also provided.

The house is professionally managed by a property company; on arrival, you will be personally met by Daniel who will show you around the house.

The house is not suitable for children under12 years old nor those with accessibility issues due to the stairs.

To ensure the house can be properly cleaned and is not rushed, there will be 1 clear day between each booking.
