Villa Lucertole is located in Morra, a picturesque hamlet of Città di Castello, nestled in the Umbrian countryside.

The property boasts a lovely garden with lawn, flowers and gazebo with dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.

The outdoor spaces are enhanced by a private pool (15 x 7 m), open from May 26th to September 15th, and equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, parasols, and a trampoline.

At guests\' disposal also a private parking for 6 cars.



Internal Description



Villa Lucertole is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost.



Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a welcoming living area with direct access to the garden, expertly furnished with sofas, armchairs and tv. Next there is a fully equipped kitchen with: dining table, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.

From the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine which houses a delightful double bedroom with desk, chair, and splendid view over the pool.

The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower.



First floor: On the first floor you will find a sitting room/study with double sofa bed, desk, chair, and bookcase.



Second floor: The top floor consists of a double bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€/hour); linen change (20.00€ per person); 1 medium-sized dog allowed (15.00€ per day - the property is only partially fenced). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
