L'ULIVO welcomes you in its elegant 40 m² apartment with independent access and a wonderful private panoramic terrace, enchantingly overlooking the sea, the lush coast, surrounded by the vegetable garden and with a small courtyard shared between the guests of the villa. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
The furniture is welcoming and comfortable for 4 people. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, with a window overlooking the sea and the coast and in the living area, a comfortable double sofa bed. The bathroom is complete and is equipped with sink, bidet, toilet, towels, shower and hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a Neapolitan coffee maker and all the accessories and crockery for preparing dishes, an extendable table for 4 people. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing table, a clothesline for the terrace and an LCD TV.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. From the living area you access the terrace through a double-glazed door, from which you will admire a splendid panorama of the sea and the Amalfi Coast. LAURO welcomes you in its elegant and bright 35 m² apartment with independent access and a wonderful large private panoramic terrace, enchantingly overlooking the sea, the lush coast, with a small courtyard shared between the guests of the villa. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
The apartment is suitable for the stay of 3 people. It is composed of a double bedroom illuminated by two windows, one of which overlooks the sea and the coast;
in the living area, an armchair. The bathroom in fine Vietri ceramic is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, towels, shower and hairdryer.

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
The apartment is suitable for the stay of 2 people. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with kitchen, table, chairs, sideboard and sofa. The bathroom, in fine Vietri ceramic, is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, towels, shower and hairdryer.

Holiday House Villa Scivitella is the choice of a sustainable and responsible tourism, which values and promotes a historical place in the heart of the Unesco World Heritage Amalfi Coast, the surrounding landscape and the traditions linked to the territory. The villa has been restructured in full respect of the traditional architectural heritage, with typical rooms of the old residences in Amalfi Coast with pointed arches and vaulted ceilings lowered. The surrounding terraces, overlooking the enchanting landscape of the coast, are planted with characteristics plants of the territory: olives, lemons, carob.
To reach the structure from the road, you will have to follow an enchanting 1 km pedestrian path, at times with stairways (about 230 steps up to the structure), giving you an incredible emotion in contact with nature, the scents and aromas of the vegetation Mediterranean in all seasons of the year. The garden of the villa is 1500 m² large and is gently sheltered from the sun by the trees. A small courtyard, shared by the apartments, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere, is available to guests of the Villa for reading and moments of relaxation in absolute quiet. Suspended over the enchanting scenery of the Santa Croce valley, Villa Scivitella, from the top of the hill, opens onto the wonderful panorama of the Gulf of Salerno, of the Amalfi Coast, with the Monastery of Santa Rosa leaning against the rocky ridge of Conca dei Marini and further down, the hamlets of Amalfi, Lone, Pastena and Vettica.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
1) Check-in from 3pm to 7pm, after 7pm you pay extra.
2) Tourist tax of €3 per day per person to be paid in cash upon arrival.
3) Mandatory identity document to be presented at check-in.
4) No smoking in the house.
5) The guest must take away the rubbish from the apartment.
6) the structure can be reached from the road, along a pedestrian path of approximately 900 meters and interspersed with 230 steps.
Given the location of the facility, luggage service is strongly recommended (for a fee).
