With 13 bedrooms, including 2 on the ground floor, and 9 en suites along with 2 shared bathrooms, this versatile retreat comfortably sleeps up to 34 guests. Revel in the exclusivity of your very own private pub, boasting excellent dining space, a fantastic bar area, and ample outdoor room to unwind.
Nestled in a rural location with convenient access to the southern Peak District, The Green Man is ideally situated near Alton Towers, Dovedale, Ashbourne, Leek, and Uttoxeter Races. Perfect for low-key celebrations and relaxed weekends, this venue offers a 7kw smart electric vehicle charging point near the side entrance door (minimal charges apply). Experience a blend of character and convenience, creating an ideal setting for memorable gatherings in the heart of the picturesque Peak District. This property is dog friendly and we charge £30 per dog for the duration of the stay.

Established in 2006, Peak Venues is a leading, independent accommodation provider, offering original and unique self catering holiday homes across the Peak District and Derbyshire. Peak Venues was brought into being by three lifelong friends. Having spent over 15 years working together running bars, restaurants and hotels worldwide, Justin, Paul and Rachel chose to put down roots and settle in the stunning Peak District National Park. Keen to share their love of the Peak District with the world, they embarked on their first cottage restoration project, Hurdlow Grange, and they have never looked back since, renovating several properties, one of which is The Green Man which has been lovingly restored to offer a fabulous self-catering property.

Guests can have the unique experience staying in their very own exclusive pub. We can also help with putting a keg of local ale on so that you can pull your own pints or you can fully stock the bar as you wish (please note you cannot supply your own beer for the pumps).
