This chic, up-market apartment is located in the vibrant suburb of Big
Bay, Cape Town where you can experience the beauty of some of the most
beautiful beaches and breathtaking views of the iconic Table Mountain.
The beaches in Big Bay, Blouberg, and Melkbos have been named some of
the best beaches in Cape Town and are popular for their kitesurfers,
body boarders and surfers. You will be minutes away from well-known
beachside restaurants and bars, shopping malls, and hiking/cycling
trails.
28 Island View is fully equipped with everything guests would require
for an unforgettable self-catering stay. The living areas are warm and
inviting and consist of a fully equipped kitchen complete with a coffee
machine and wine fridge, a comfy lounge area featuring a flat-screen
TV, DSTV, and Wifi as well as an indoor fireplace, and 2 intimate
dining areas where you can enjoy all your favourite dishes. Following
on from the lounge area is an enclosed sunroom as well as a balcony
area equipped with a built-in braai.
This apartment offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 immaculate bathrooms. 2 of
the bedrooms include double beds and 1 bedroom offers a queen-size bed.
The main bedroom has a glass sliding door leading onto a quaint balcony
area. The first bathroom is an en-suit while the second bathroom is
shared; both include a bath, shower, toilet and basin. All linen and
towels are provided with your stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 65 Island View Close, La Paloma Blvd, Big Bay
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
