Nestled within the serene landscapes of southeastern Sicily, this residence embodies the essence of the early 20th-century farmhouse style. Villa Saracena is equipped with both air conditioning and heating, and offers a comfortable and elegant retreat for any season of the year. You will be able to enjoy the starry sky of Sicilian nights surrounded by venerable olive and almond trees, vibrant pomegranates and prickly pears.

Villa Saracena is enclosed by the characteristic dry-stone walls of the region and boasts a white stone courtyard, a garden and a spacious parking.

You will enter into a large and bright living room connected to a spacious modern kitchen. On the same level there are two double bedrooms with two adjoining bathrooms (one of which with a whirlpool bath), and a room with a sofa bed. From here there is access to the upper, mezzanine level, comprising a wonderful bedroom with a free-standing bathtub and en suite bathroom separated by a glass wall.

The villa awaits you a few minutes from Marzamemi, which has become a popular destination for those who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of an authentic coastal village. The village has many restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local products such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish and the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino.

The pool measures 8 x 4 m and is 150 cm deep. The surface around the pool is tiled with Modica stone.

We traveled as a group of friends for one week and had an amazing experience staying at the Villa. The host was very kind and helpful, went out of her way to help us. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, located 5min from the beach and seconds away from nearest town. Highly recommend to stay here!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! The villa itself was stunning — beautifully maintained, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect — peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. We especially loved the outdoor area — the pool, the garden, and the relaxing atmosphere made it feel like a private paradise. Everything was spotless, and you could tell the hosts really care about the place. We had such a wonderful time and made some truly special memories here. Can't recommend this place enough — we would come back in a heartbeat!

Spectacular villa - a very lovely spot to spend a week. Close to restaurants, wineries, and the gorgeous shoreline. The house was fully stocked and impeccably clean. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! It’s incredibly spacious, making it perfect for groups. Each room is thoughtfully decorated and captures an authentic Sicilian vibe, adding to the charm of the experience. The multiple bathrooms were a huge plus, especially when traveling with a larger group. The living area is bright, airy, and very well equipped – a great place to relax after a day out. The garden and pool area are also generously sized, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunshine. Conveniently located, the villa is close to supermarkets and restaurants, and within a short 15-minute drive, you can reach some of the most stunning beaches in the area. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great location in Sicily!

Lovely villa with three bedrooms - perfect for our two families with a baby each. The hosts had kindly prepared cots and high chairs prior to our arrival. Nice pool & garden with olive and lemon trees. Good location - charming fishing village of Marzamemi with several restaurants and nearby beaches was a 5 minute drive away. Easy to get to Noto and Siracusa for day trips. Having a car is essential. While the villa is tucked away from the main road, the road (despite being small) is surprisingly busy and the cars are quite audible. Despite that, the villa felt very peaceful and secluded. Overall, a very positive experience.

The house is perfect for a stay for 2 families as we were. The spaces are big and generous, the pool is perfect and the ambience is very nice, makes you feel at home. Simple and easy to clean with all amenities you need for a holiday. All requests were handled straight away. The location is on the country side, so a car is needed to get anywhere. You have total privacy, only downside was for us that it is very close to the road, so when you like to sleep with open windows it can be noisy at times. We asked for an extra cleaning middle of the stay and we had to pay extra. for stays longer than 1 week we would recommend to make it a standard and include in the price. Generally we would come back anytime, we had a great time and love the place.

Tolle Anlage, schöner Aussenbereich mit viel Platz & Sitzgelegenheiten. Grosser Pool perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Im Haus ebenfalls viel Platz & gute Raumaufteilung mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. 1 Zimmer haben wir zu viert genutzt (Bett und offenes Bad oben und unten das Schlafsofa plus Kinderbett), die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer hatten jeweils ein Doppelbett. Das Haus kann also von 2-3 Familien genutzt werden. Generell hatten wir viel Platz und jeder hat genug Raum für sich gehabt. Da wir die Waschmaschine nutzen konnten, mussten wir auch nicht so viel Kleidung einpacken. Wir haben oft gekocht und einmal den Grill genutzt. Dabei konnten wir abends herrlich draußen sitzen und essen (Mückenspray nicht vergessen ;-) Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight auch für unsere Kinder. Man muss bedenken, dass zur Olivenerntezeit beinahe täglich Zweige verbannt wurden und je nachdem wie der Wind steht, man dann nicht den Pool bzw. den Garten nutzen kann. In Marzamemi sind wird abends essen gegangen und ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall zur Verfügung haben, um in die Umgebung zu erkunden oder zum Strand zu fahren.

Vi har virkelig nydt en skøn og afslappende ferie i “ Villa Saracena”. Huset var smukt, rummeligt, moderne og fungerede rigtig godt til vores store famile på seks personer. Det ny anlagte pool område og tilhørende faciliteter var helt fantastisk, og her tilbragte vi mange gode timer. Huset ligger uden direkte naboer og det gav os en helt unik følelse af ro og frihed. Kort afstand i lejebil til indkøb, strand og hyggelige restauranter. Super service i forbindelse med udlejning og under opholdet fik vi hurtig hjælp og vejledning. Da vi ankom fik vi den fineste velkomst og præsentation af huset og dets faciliteter. Vi kan stærkt anbefale en ferie i dette hus og håber, at vi en dag kan vende tilbage.
