The villa is situated between Valdichiana and Val d’Orcia, an area famous for the beauty of the countryside and as a center of art and tradition. The holiday here will be an unforgettable experience in the discovery of the many features of the area…the gently sloping hillside, the woods, the easily reachable seaside, traditional towns with antique winding streets, artisan shops and the traditional food shops.It is also within easy reach of the famous art cities of Florence, Siena, San Quirico d,Orcia, Montalcino etc. Villa Benefizio has recently been restored so as to bring to light the antique guard-tower walls which go back to the 16th century and which blend well with new modern areas of the villa. There is an exclusive pool (24 metres, 100-200 cm. height)from which you can admire one of the most beautiful views possible. Here you enjoy the warmth of the sun during the day or relax with a drink on the fresh Summer evenings. In the garden there is a 1,5 km fenced in trail where you can walk or run. The villa has many offers for the guests: cooking courses with a private chef for the preparation and tasting of the various typical Tuscan dishes; visits to the wine canteens of Montepulciano, olive harvesting in the oil period, visits to the local cheese factories. To all this can be added flights in an air balloon, excursions on horseback, truffle searching accompanied by the famous truffle dogs or pigs. The villa is also surrounded by the enormous park of Villa Trecci which is available, with around 400 different plant varieties, a small lake, an organic farm, an olive grove and vineyards, to the guests for relaxing walks.

Accommodations Together with all modern technology the villa offers traditional beams, cotto floors all of which are rendered even more suggestive by the games of light coming from the wellness center. Six luminous and stylish rooms overlooking the panorama, with ensuite bathroom with shower each, all well equipped with modern facilities and a lift that connects the two floors. The Villa accomodates a maximum of 12 guests. Wellness Center with and internal swimming pool with its hydromassage, the turkish bath, the sensory showers that overlook our amazing garden, with the private swimming pool and a path of around one and a half kilometers for jogging or walking surrounds the Villa, all these things to take care of your body, mind and well being. The villa is easily reached in as much as the ground floor has no stairs and there is a lift to get to the floor above (a lift which can accommodate a wheel-chair) and so all the rooms are considered suitable. Also the outside areas are considered suitable: for example, the pool is reached by a walkway, not a staircase. On the other hand, the bathrooms are not particularly suitable as all the bathroom accessories are the same. Ground Floor Entering the villa there is, to the left, a large dining room and well-equipped modern kitchen. To the right is the wellnesscenter and bathroom. The wellness center includes a heated pool with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, all overlooking the splendid park. On the ground floor there are also 3 elegant double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and showers. First Floor The upper floor includes another lounge room with kitchen and 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom is made up of two single beds and the other two have a double bed. The furniture of the villa is an elegant mixture of antique and modern which guarantee maximum comfort and relax.
