Villa Ardita is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Ardita you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Ardita is 550 square meters (5920 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Montepulciano, where you will find restaurants and shops.
You will reach Villa Ardita from the parking area along a short route that includes approximately seven stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Ardita, you will need a car or private drivers. You will be able to park your car free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 2.4 meters (7.9 feet) deep. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.
Main BuildingDining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room garden. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The furnishings include two sofas. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two large panoramic windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven. The kitchen has a small window.
Bedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the garden. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
