It has a bathroom with shower tray, American kitchen with ceramic hob and a living room with sofa bed for two and access to the beautiful terrace from where you can enjoy dream-like sunrises and sunsets.
Private parking space and communal swimming pool. Ideal for a couple's holiday.
The apartment is registered in the Tourist Apartments Registry of Roses with number

The price does NOT include sheets or towels. The client can rent them additionally for 16€/person.
Tourist tax not included. Tax of 1.00 € per day and person for those over 16 years old, with a maximum of 7 days.
