Situated in the sought-after area of Langebaan right on Calypso Beach,
Tenos 16 is a spectacular holiday home boasting large living areas,
luxury decor and every amenity to ensure a fantastic West Coast
vacation. Able to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, this property
is ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.
The main living area is bright and airy thanks to the ample
floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors leading to the extended
balcony with seating for 9 people. The interior features a large lounge
with a built-in fireplace, an 8-seater dining area, a guest toilet, and
a fully equipped kitchen any chef would love! A built-in braai area
with seating and a bar fridge provides the perfect place to entertain
regardless of the weather.
The home also features a private TV room, a pool table in the garage, a
private outdoor pool and an outdoor shower. Now, that’s a home built
for entertainment!
There are 5 bedrooms - with 4 en-suite bathrooms consist of 1 king
beds, 2 queen beds 1 double and 1 three quarter. The main bedroom suite
is incredibly spacious, boasting wall-length floor-to-ceiling windows,
a luxury en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and his&her sinks, a
walk-in closet, and direct access to the beachfront.
Whether relaxing on the beachfront right on your doorstep or exploring
the delights of Langebaan, guests of this exquisite property are well
on their way to a memorable stay. With a luxury interior and a prime
location, you may want to book an extended stay!
Please note that the Calypso Beach body corporate enforces strict security and residential guidelines. To ensure compliance, all guests are required to submit valid ID copies and vehicle registration numbers prior to arrival. Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate. As this is a quiet residential area, no parties or loud noise are permitted, and entry will not be allowed for any unregistered visitors. The estate has a strict 30 km/h speed limit, with warnings or fines for violations.
Please be advised that the villa contains stairs, some of which have only a single railing. The bedrooms particularly the main bedroom, do not have railings or other protective measures for the sliding doors. The swimming pool is open, ungated, and does not have a lock. Due to the height and overall layout of the property, guests are urged to exercise general caution. The villa is not suitable for unsupervised toddlers or young children.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 16 Tenos in Calypso Beach Estate
