Villa Stupenda is located in the village of Montižana, not far from Poreč. This 4-bedroom villa offers an ideal combination of rustic and modern style, and the green garden that surrounds it makes it an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. An additional bonus is certainly the outdoor wellness area consisting of a swimming pool, whirlpool and Finnish sauna. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people, is ideal for groups of young people and is also pet friendly.



The villa is 210 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open fireplace and a dining room with 6 seats. In a separate room there is a large kitchen with an island, equipped with all the appliances you might need to prepare meals. In each room there are French doors that give access to the outdoor terrace. On the ground floor, the modern style of decoration is combined with rustic details and limewashed walls, which adds to the uniqueness of the space.



The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus a guest toilet. 1 bedroom with private bathroom is on the ground floor, while the other 3 are on the 1st floor. Each bedroom is specific in its own way, from the color of the walls, over to the wallpaper, to the decoration. 3 have double beds and 1 has 2 single beds. There is plenty of natural light in all the rooms thanks to the French windows. The room on the ground floor has access to a small terrace with a sitting area - ideal for a relaxing morning coffee. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with towels, hairdryers and toiletries.



In the courtyard of the villa, you will find a true green oasis. Surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean trees, Villa Stupenda will provide you with the kind of vacation you've been dreaming of for a long time. The natural fence will ensure maximum privacy so you can swim and sunbathe without any worries. We think the 50 m² pool will be quite enough for swimming and the good news is that the pool is heated so you don't have to give up swimming even on colder days or evenings. Next to the pool are deck chairs where you can sunbathe, relax or read your favorite book. There is also the aforementioned outdoor wellness area, which will provide you with a treatment worthy of a 5-star hotel. There is also a ping-pong table in the garden, which is sure to delight both young and old.
