If you wish to experience Milan by staying in a charming apartment just 5 minutes by metro from the Duomo and main points of interest, this is the house for you.
It is located in an elegant building, in the San Babila area. It is easily accessible by public transport from the central station and airports, and the San Babila metro stop is 300m away.
The welcoming, modern, clean and refined design will make you feel at home after a long day exploring Milan. The accommodation is perfect for couples or families and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, it is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a sofa that can become a double bed if needed, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all appliances, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is equipped with WiFi access, hairdryer, TV, iron, air conditioning and heating.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm, every day. Later check-ins are possible only by prior agreement and with an extra payment. No arrivals are allowed after 11 pm. Check-out, on the other hand, is at 10:00 am.
At check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which amounts to €9.50 per person per night, and a rental contract will be completed and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
