Villa Ritva is a modern, newly built 120m2 villa (finished 2023), only 50 minutes from Helsinki, on a Southwest-facing slope with beautiful lake views.
The guesthouse and sauna, only meters from the shore, feature a wood-fired hot tub and fire pit with plenty of seating.
For peace of mind, the garden and lakefront are securely fenced for the safety of children and pets.

When entering the villa, you'll notice the large floor to ceiling windows directly overlooking the garden and lake. The open plan living area is the heart of the villa and includes the lounge, kitchen and dining area with glass doors opening to the conservatory. A terrace surrounds the entire Southern aspect of the house making it a great place to relax and catch the evening sun.

During the warmer months you can relax in the glass conservatory which becomes warm with the evening sun. You can open the sides fully to enjoy the outdoors whilst having the comforts of the inside. We also keep the Gas BBQ in this area meaning you can always BBQ no matter the weather conditions.

The cozy guesthouse is directly on the seafront, with great views of the lake. Inside, there's a spacious sauna with a high-quality stove, generating soft, steam and an adjacent washroom with shower.

The terrace is accessed directly from the guesthouse where you can relax in the wood-fired hot tub and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Next to the terrace is a large patio with nice outdoor seating around the drop fire pit. Overall its a perfect area to spend the day with friends and family.

The pier is accessible through a gate and the water is gently sloping with a firm ground making perfect for children

We recommend you arrive by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful area

★ HOT TUB ★
The wood-fired hot tub is available at no extra cost although it does need to be filled and heated which takes in total approximately 4 hours. It is very important to make sure the tub is completely filled before lighting a fire (otherwise the stove will break). We have very clear instructions and are able to assist you if necessary.

★ CLEANLINESS ★
The well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home
