Welcome to our home!

Recently renovated, our home is unique with its' lovely outdoor seating area and "hidden" front door. Carefully furnished in a luxurious and modern style our home is fully equipped with all you'll need for a comfortable stay.

- Outside the seating area next to the garden and the driveway is stylish and cosy.
- An EV charger is installed in the driveway.
- Throughout the home, you'll find beautiful hardwood flooring.
- The living room, cozy and chic, is next to the sliding doors. Lift up the blinds and you'll fill the home with sunlight. Here, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV as well as a dining table that seats 4.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including, but not limited to, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, an oven, and a stovetop.
- A bedroom, with a King-sized bed is fitted with quality linens to ensure your comfort.
- There is a dedicated workspace tucked away, where you can work comfortably and quietly.
- A stylish bathroom, with a large shower.

We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.

Other things to note
● Standard Check-in time is 4 pm or later, and check-out time is before 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may be charged for.
● Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
● Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down. Quiet times are between 10 pm and 7 am.

During your Stay
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.

The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.’

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
