L'appartamento situato al secondo piano di un palazzo a 50 metri da Corso Matarazzo ed a 100 metri dal Duomo, quindi in una zona centralissima di Santa Maria di Castellabate. In 5 minuti si è in spiaggia, che dista 200 metri. E' molto silenzioso e tranquillo perchè orientato verso l'interno ed è in seconda fila rispetto al Corso. Quindi coniuga perfettamente centralità, tranquillità e vicinanza alle spiagge, che si raggiungono a piedi.
All'interno vi sono 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, un grande salone con divano letto matrimoniale, zona pranzo e una nuovissima cucina attrezzata con tutte le stoviglie necessarie al tuo soggiorno.
E' arredato con TV, Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, saletta lavanderia.
