About this space
Welcome to my charming ground-floor studio flat, conveniently located near Wolverhampton city center, Molyneux Stadium, and Wolverhampton Racecourse, boasting the added luxury of private parking.
After a day of visiting or working locally, unwind in this cozy, comfortable haven, where you can catch up on your favorite shows, cook a meal, or relax with a good book. An ideal base to visit many tourist attractions in the Black Country, Shropshire, and Staffordshire, and popular for long-term stays
The space
This newly refurbished Studio flat is on the ground floor and the communal entrance is shared with four other flats, there is access from both sides of the property, one side has a step up the other has ramped access.
The inside space consists of a modern and stylish open-plan living and sleeping area. The studio is cozy and perfectly formed, there are 2 large windows that create a light and airy feel. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a home-cooked meal, a Fridge/freezer, Oven, HOB, Extractor, Microwave, Tassimo Coffee Machine with a couple of pods, Toaster, and Kettle. As well as all cooking utensils, pots pans etc. There isn't a washing machine however there is a laundrette a 10-minute drive away
The relaxing living/sleeping area has a comfortable ottoman-style small double bed to store your items, with Hotel quality duvet, pillows, and linens. There is a stylish green sofa to relax in front of the 50-inch smart TV where you can sign into any of your apps and a table and seating for 2 to dine or as a workstation.
The separate shower room has a corner shower with WC a wash hand basin and vanity unit and a heated towel rail, after your shower, make the most of the freshly laundered white towels and complimentary toiletries
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a One Stop a few minutes walk away.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property, Access is through the main front entrance at the front of the building. There is a free car park at the rear of the building and a ramp access to a second entrance to the building
Other things to note
The flat is accessed through a communal entrance
There is a ramped access to the rear of the property and widened doorways, however the flat does not have a wet room, and the shower tray is slightly raised
If you require a travel cot, please advise at the time of booking and there is an extra £20 charge
CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are provided
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
