Great stay. We had a 4 day stay in Glasgow at this flat that was a relative short distance to the city centre. We even walked a few days out to city centre. Clean place. The hot water was a little tricky but we are Americans so anything different is impossible for us The check in process was very smooth. The host sent us the address, instructions and pictures prior to our arrival so we knew exactly how to get in. Overall, great experience.

A cosy, clean and secure property, in a leafy, close-to-town area. Very nice - and extremely quiet, which was great!! There are grocery stores close by and downtown is a short drive or bus/train trip. Our host, Akshay, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him.My only criticism - and it is not serious - is that the description is slightly off. There is no outdoor space as the flat is on the third floor, with no balcony, so of course, there is no barbecue grill either. Although it isn't required, I think it would be a good idea to indicate that the property is on the third floor, too, only because that might be a problem for some potential guests.As I said, this is not serious criticism and we had a lovely stay!!

There won't be enough spaces for me to type how I feel. I had ZERO communication from the owner until we left. I had to sit in the cold for an hour trying to reach VRBO to gain access to the space. They wouldn't respond to VRBO either. AFTER I had to leave the keys in the space rather than the lockbox (because they never communicated to me) they then messaged me 3 times questioning why I did that. I told them they had never reached out to me once and their comment was it was a "bank holiday". What? It should be 24/7. You can't leave your guests stranded with no way in. Absolutely the worst! Rented for 5 people, only 4 towels. Are we to share one towel? Laminated sign on the bathroom door said, "This is a bathroom, not an internet cafe ... sh.. and split." Another one said something about being ok to fart. What? How unprofessional. It was my responsibility to rent the space for Glascow and I was mortified by what transpired. It was our first day in Scotland and made the start to our trip horrifying. I highly recommend that if you read this review, you keep looking elsewhere. Not worth the money and communication was the worst ever. Space is up 3 very difficult flights. It is not well kept. The kitchen had the nastiest bunch of old food wiped under a piece of sheet metal. To date, they have never reached out to me to try to make things right or apologize. I want to restate this ... I never received any communication telling me how to get into the space.

Super Wohnung. Ausstattung ebenfalls super.Lage war sehr gut( Sicht super)Bus ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.Sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm.Einkaufen so lala.Was echt schrottig war die Kommunikation bei der Ankunft.Aber am Ende hat doch alles geklappt.

The property is run down. The photos have clearly been taken a while ago. There was a weird smell in some of the rooms, doors didn’t close properly and the carpets did not seem clean. We got used to the flat but it did not feel like a treat. Also “5min fun city centre” is not correct. It is at least 10min with the car, 35min to Buchanan bus station on foot. On the plus side, getting places is easy as there are a train station and a bus stop close by. The parking space was also useful. All in all we felt that the flat is a good space to spend a few days whilst exploring Glasgow and surroundings but it is worn down and in urgent need of a proper refurbishment.

No check in instructions sent out and had to contact host who immediately informed me that he was in charge of 21 different properties and asked what platform I used to book and said that Vrbo was the worst. Informed me that check in was at 4pm which was not what the description posted stated and that it was actually advertised for a 3pm and asked him if it would be ready for that time. I was told that he would need to send me the information to WhatsApp and he would contact the cleaning service to see if it would be available for me and my 78 year old mother, that had taken the 7:30 Belfast to Cairnryan and then a bus to Glasgow for 2 & 1/2 hours. Upon arrival in Glasgow bus terminal as she needed to get to the toilet as quickly as possible only to find that you need to have pound sterling coins to access the facilities! Not Good Glasgow! Figure out another way to take care of your passengers!I needed to get her to the unit so she could rest and get something to eat and drink. Took an Uber and waited outside at a small table and chairs by the door and waited until 3:00 to text the Agent with a picture of the lock box wide open with no keys inside. I asked him again when the unit would be ready and was informed that the cleaners would be finished in 20 minutes. I never saw anyone go in or out of the building whilst I was patiently waiting although obviously annoyed, luckily the weather was nice enough! Finally got in at 3:50pm!
