Conveniently located only 150m from the chairlifts and close to shops and restaurants, our 65m2 apartment is the perfect destination for friends or families seeking a memorable mountain getaway! Spend wonderful days gliding down the pistes or shopping around at the local stores. If you're joining us in the summer, you can enjoy numerous activities, including hiking, cycling, swimming, horseback riding, and more! In the evening, relax in the shared on-site hot tub or sauna before cooking a quick meal in your equipped kitchenette. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 6 guests, but can sleep up to 8!

Our apartment has 3 BEDROOMS. There is 1 Double bed in the master bedroom, either 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds in the second bedroom, and 1 Bunk bed in the third bedroom. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Bedroom linens are not provided but are available to rent on-site for €10/kit/person.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the on-site laundry machines (available for an additional charge). Bathroom linen is not provided but is available on-site for €10/kit.

After a day on the pistes, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV, available for an additional charge. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the Wi-Fi, available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. In the morning, enjoy the on-site breakfast service provided on-site for an additional charge!

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Le Nevez where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared indoor hot tub, the shared sauna, the fitness centre, ski storage, and board game rentals. If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully refundable damage deposit of €350 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3 charged per person per day. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €65 to €100.
