It is in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away.

This completely renewed 1 bedroom is ideal for 4/5 guests. It is equipped with air conditioning. It consists of a large living room with a kitchen, a TV, a microwave, a double door fridge, a safe, a single sofa bed, a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower box (no window), a bedroom with a double and bunk bed, a large terrace, a covered parking place.

The apartment has electric blinds and security door.
