Enjoy our cozy studio apartment ideal for 4 guests. It is located on the third floor of a modern residence with swimming pool. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends. It consists of a living room with 2 double sofa beds, an open plan kitchen, a big fridge, a tv, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a terrace and a covered parking place for a stress-free stay.

The residence has a not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators. It is located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia, in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda.

° Not included - Mandatory to be paid in cash on site:
-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.

Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
