In the basement it features a garage with a laundry room. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a porch with fireplace and a private garden. On the first floor there is a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds or one bunk-bed, a bathroom with shower. Both rooms provide a lovely terrace. Additionally, the apartment provides A/C.
