気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
Avoid this accommodation at all cost. From the very beginning, the host did not communicate with renter despite multiple attempts. I had called and left messages and no response at all and ignored my inquiries. As soon as we entered the building, it was filthy and smelly. It was even worse in the room. The room was not properly cleaned, dusty, there were dishes left, linens and beddings had stains and there was no AC. The washroom was the worst part. I couldn’t walk into the washroom without shoes on as the tiles were dirty. The shower room was cramped, old and nasty, the drain was not properly working so the water pooled and it smelled like dead rats. The toilet was also not draining properly. I contacted the host reporting that the toilet was clogged and was overflowing but they did nothing about it.
