The Renior Sea View Suite at The Corbyn Apartments is a wonderful luxury apartment beautifully presented by a top interior designer. The apartment has a tranquil and soothing ambience which is perfect for a relaxing break by the sea.
The apartment features two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and as an ensuite bathroom with a fabulous bath with shower over, vanity unit and toilet. The second bedroom has a super king bed that can also be configured as two singles. There is a family bathroom with a shower, vanity unit and WC.
The apartment has an open plan living space featuring a remarkably well appointed kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Close by is a dining area and the lounge where up to 4 people can relax in perfect comfort and enjoy the sea views.
The apartment is accessed by an elevator which serves the top floor of the building.
Outside there is an allocated parking space for one car, plus a visitors space - subject to availability.

Everything you want

There were no negatives about the Renoir Suite I chose it because it was very near to my daughter, but if you want a perfect place to holiday this suite is the perfect place.

Stunning apartment

Lovely standard of accommodation and a great location for walking into Torquay and Paignton. The only downside is the noise from the main road to the front and the railway to the rear of the property.

Fabulous apartment, great location

This top floor apartment with lift is a great place to stay if you are looking for a two bed, two bath apartment and are traveling with one or two elderly parents. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The location is great situated midway between Torquay and Paignton is a pleasant relatively flat walk either way, perfect for a wheelchair. This was our second visit and the great weather this year finished it off.

A week at Renior apartment

Lovely apartment, well furnished with quality fittings. Everything needed for a home from home stay. The one negative was the noise from the busy road at the front and the railway line at the rear to the apartment.

Perfect Place to stay

Comfortable modern apartment. Lift access with great views. Had everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. Great communication from booking to vacating. Ideal position for getting to different places. Bus stop virtually outside apartment with access to all attractions and all other areas of the English Riviera. 20-25 minute walk to Torquay. Parking available also with apartment. Great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Pre Wedding Stay

We booked the apartment for a base for our wedding at a nearby hotel and found it met our needs well. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms and generous space in a tastefully decorated lounge with great views. I must we found the sofa very uncomfortable as the back was too low with no head support. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.

Torquay Holiday

From the first point of contact and throughout until the end of our holiday, Mark and Grant were professional, helpful, friendly and totally focused on our holiday being a great experience. And as for our apartment, there’s only one word to describe it WOW, it was spacious, clean and comfortable in every room, and the facilities and amenities were first class. Bad accommodations can ruin a holiday from day one, but we had a fantastic holiday and we enjoyed the whole experience. And we will be returning to use Torquay Lettings again definitely, the whole experience exceeded all of our expectations and more. 10/10

My Clients Story - "My sister and her family rented an apartment at the Corbyn whilst renovating their home. I fell in love with the building as soon as I stepped into the grand entrance and immaculate reception area, and as soon as the apartment came on the market, I just had to have it.
The inspiration for the name the "The Renior Seaview Suite" came from the stunning sea views and the apartment's feeling of spaciousness. It was very exciting to hire a local top interior designer and see the apartment transform into a luxurious and opulent space.
My family and I have enjoyed many holidays and short breaks at the apartment and Torquay has so much to offer. I am never more relaxed than when I am sitting on the sofa with a chilled glass of wine in my hand and just gazing out to sea.
I wanted a beachside holiday home with sea views and the Seaview Suite fitted the brief perfectly. Having a manned reception and parking was also a welcome bonus.
I welcome you to the Renior Seaview Suite and hope you enjoy the apartment as much as myself and my family do".

This excellent two bedroom, two bathroom top floor apartment with sea views is quality from the moment you arrive. With great allocated parking at the front of the building to the beautifully kept foyer which is spotless, leading to the stairs and lift which takes you to the top floor and The Renior Seaview Suite. This apartment has been recently purchased, redecorated and refurbished by a local interior designer. It oozes style, quality, opulence, comfort and the views from the lounge are simply spectacular.
