The ground floor is accessed through a small flight of stairs and has an independent kitchen, a pleasant and bright living-dining room with air conditioning, a table for 6 diners and TV and sofa area. A courtesy toilet and comfortable stairs that provide access to the upper floor, where we find a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan, and a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and air conditioning.
Exterior of the accommodation:
With 405 square metres of plot, the villa has a pool area with sunbeds and outdoor sofas. The pool has a metal ladder to access the interior. The plot has a parking space for one car.
It is located 1 km from the restaurant "Cometa Café Bar", 3 km from the supermarket "Aldi", 4 km from the rocky beach "cala de les Basetes", 4 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa de Calpe", 4 km from the city "Calpe", 5 km from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach", 9 km from the Golf course "Club de Golf Ifach, Benissa" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the residential complex.
