We had a very traumatic experience on this app as we were not given any information on how to access the property, our guests arrived and we were at the door for over 3hrs trying to contact the landlord, the landlord didn’t pick calls at all. We tried contacting customer care, it was a USA line we were being directed to and it kept cutting off. I eventually got through to a number and another hotel was booked for us. On arrival at the new place, it was an inn, it asked for the code but there was no code to access as well. Some of our guests had to sleep in their cars, you guys really suffered us as we were still driving around till 1am that night. I am going to get my money back and also take legal action as I have paid over a month earlier to avoid any issues.
