Homely cottage with private garden in only 1 minute walk from the long sandy pebbled beach of Acharavi with plenty restaurants and coffee bars in the neighbourhood.

The cottage sleeps up to 4 persons with one double bedroom, an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with 2 chair beds and a bathroom.

On the outside there is a spacious covered terrace with a long dining table with 8 seats, a lounge sitting corner and a spacious fenced garden with sunbeds.

Ideal for families with children since the beach is gently shelving into the sea, the water is shallow and it is away from the road.

Convenient to go for a swim and stay and relax in your garden.

Nice extra feature:
There is a small apartment complex with a cute pool next door. Free to use if you take just a drink.

Cosy well located friendly place

We enjoyed our stay very close to the see and restaurants. Easy parking and we enjoyed moving around the island

Hidden Gem

The location of Garden Cottage Ivy is just perfect for beach, restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket just up the road as is the village. The apartment is very well equipped with both washing machine and dishwasher. Also full size oven and two ring hob for cooking and full size fridge freezer. There is one bedroom with very comfortable bed with plenty of storage space, plus two bed settees in the living room. The outside veranda is great for both relaxing and eating And just chilling and admiring the view of the mountains. This is a great place to relax and unwind and take each day as it comes, could not recommend it more.

Perfection!

My sister and I absolutely loved Ivy Cottage, tucked away in a peaceful location with views of the lush mountains and yet only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute stroll to the main street. The cottage itself is a great use of space and the cleanliness was impeccable. From the minute we were met on arrival by Ingrid with a very delicious welcome pack until the moment we left, we felt so welcomed and cared for. Even the gardener Kostas and the cleaners were lovely. With this location you are spoiled for choice with fantastic restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The outside space is wonderful with a large private terrace and spacious garden. We can't recommend this property highly enough. We'll definitely be back.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i denne feriebolig. Indtjekning var problemfrit bortset fra at taxa havde lidt svært ved at finde adresse. Der var lidt vand og snacks til os da vi nåede frem lækkert. Boligen var fuldstændig som på billederne og med den private have tæt på vandet og på byen hvor der var hvad vi havde brug for. Værten var super sød og behjælpelig med alt i forbindelse med vores ophold. Kan bestemt anbefale dette sted hvis man gerne vil på afslappende ferie. Vi kommer gerne igen
