Bon emplacement mais mauvais “services”
La propriété est bien située et très grande. Bien rénovée et très propres. Malheureusement, nous avons toutefois eu plusieurs enjeux et le propriétaire/ gestionnaire ne nous a pas aidé.
1- internet non fonctionnel : le propriétaire a “remplacé” la borne mais l'internet ne fonctionnait pas plus et il n’a jamais fonctionné de tout le séjour;
2- serrure non fonctionnel : il semblerait que le serrurier était passé avant notre arrivé mais la serrure de l’appartement ne fonctionnait quand même pas correctement. Lorsqu’une personne barrait la porte de l’extérieur, l’autre était embarrée à l’intérieur sans possibilité de sortir jusqu’à ce que la serrure soit à nouveau débarré de l’extérieur. Ne sachant pas cela et n’ayant pas été averti, un de nous deux a été embarré à l’intérieur pendant plusieurs heures jusqu’à ce que le propriétaire vienne ouvrir la porte. En cas d’incendie, la personne à l’intérieur aurait pu mourrir embarré à l’intérieur de l’appartement.
3- débordement d’eau des douches : les douches sont neuves et magnifiques (mais sans portes). Toutefois, dès qu’on prend une douche, une tonne d’eau s’écoule sur le plancher puisque les vitres ne sont pas assez grandes. Résultat, il faut au moins deux serviettes par terre par douche pour éponger le tout et éviter un dégât d’eau majeur.
4- manque d’accessoires : il n’y avait pas de poubelle dans 2 des salles de bain, pas de shampoing, pas de savon à main, pas de sac pour la poubelle de la cuisine, pas de tapis de douche, etc
