OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

Mandatory extra to be paid within 2 weeks from arrival:
-Linen (bath towels, pool towels, bed sheets) initial set, €35 / each set;
-Final cleaning €405;
-Tourist tax from April 1st to October 30th: €5 per day, from 11 years old and up.

On request:
-Cleaning, minimum 3 hours for 2 housekeepers €280 each time;
-€100 / per pet, where allowed;
-Chef service starting from €450 + food & beverage bill / per lunch or dinner;
-Golf cart from €500 to €850 / per week;
-High chair and cot €50 each / per week;
-For other services such as transfers, babysitting, tennis, etc. (see additional services price list).

The residence stretches along 3 km of coastline dotted with splendid white sandy coves and crystal-clear sea, with exclusive access for guests.
The villa extends over 1,000 m² of land and is only 30 m from the white sandy beach. The eclectic lightbulb-shaped seawater pool measures 100 m². The garden is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, wicker armchairs and sofas to relax and enjoy the splendid sunsets over the sea. Courtyard with dining area, barbecue, and solarium with evocative sea view.
The villa consists of:
Spacious living room with sea and pool view, ornamental fireplace, lounge with sofas and TV;
Separate fully equipped kitchen;
One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and air conditioning;
Two twin bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

Lower floor:

Bathroom with shower;
Laundry with washing machine, sink and ironing board.
Maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access is granted only to residents or accredited guests, and peace and privacy are ensured by the 24-hour security service).

COMPLEX RULES
According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency on their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be granted. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members arriving after the check-in time, upon prior communication, may go directly to the gate and state the villa name and the booking surname to gain access.

The use of umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, or similar items is generally prohibited on the beach, as it detracts from the natural beauty of the landscape.

Access for campervans and large vehicles is forbidden. Only passenger cars are permitted.

Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit on the beaches with any type of animal, and it is also prohibited to bathe animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.

Do not throw cigarette butts or matches onto the street: just a small gust of wind can cause dry grass to catch fire and start a blaze.
Inside the complex, it is also forbidden to drive at a speed exceeding 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.

We kindly inform our guests that from mid-September to mid-June, maintenance or renovation works may take place in some areas of the complex.Most of the time, these are light and non-noisy activities. However, we are not informed in advance about the type of work or the possible noise level.
