Villa dei Limoni is a large villa set within its own grounds and consists of two apartments set on two floors. The top floor is where the owners reside.
This holiday apartment consists of the entire ground floor with a separate entrance and surrounding gardens. There are 3 Bedrooms 2 with double beds and the third has 2 single beds. A modern bathroom and a separate Laundry room. The comfortable lounge has panoramic views over the garden and further out to the sea and coastline of San Lorenzo al Mare. The Kitchen is fully fitted. The large garden has a BBQ and eating area plus plenty of room to relax and sunbathe. The private garden area is all fenced. From the house there is a walkway approx 600m to the San Lorenzo Al Mare beaches and there is a supermarket within 200 meters where you can purchase your everyday needs of fresh fruit, veg, meat, fish and a comprehensive Deli plus wines and spirits.
The seaside town of San Lorenzo has ample parking and is only 1km, it has several beaches and most of them still free. There are several very good restaurants, banks, Childs play area and many shops.
Further along the coast there is famous casino town of San Remo and just a short drive further along the coast is Monaco and Nice.
This area offers pretty much everything a holiday requires. There are Whale watching trips available close by and even a coastal cycle track which goes to San Remo for the energetic types. In contrast there are the quiets hilltop villages where you can sit with a coffee while overlooking the stunning scenery of the Ligurian hills and valleys.
Further Details: a charming walking and cycle track all along the sea front built on the line of a disused railway line which runs for the entire length of the coast, from Imperia to Ospedaletti grossing the town of San Remo the 28 km breathtaking stretch provides access to five kilometres of previously unreachable beaches. The path is a cyclist’s dream: flat and wide, surrounded by trees and flowers, it is perfect for families and for experienced cyclists.
