Can Baseia is your private entrance to La Fageda d'en Jordà. Surrounded by nature, this holiday home offers a large, well-maintained garden with plenty of privacy. It's perfect for two couples traveling together or families with children.



Recently renovated by the owners, the interior of Can Baseia features high-quality furniture in excellent condition. Comfort is guaranteed throughout the entire stay.



The layout includes a double room, a room with two single beds, and two additional bedrooms. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room.



Enjoy the barbecue, heating, air conditioning, and two bathrooms, as well as private parking on the property. The large garden also has an outdoor dining area.



Can Baseia has no direct neighbors, ensuring maximum privacy. Please note that the accommodation is on the first floor and requires climbing stairs.



Access for guests:



Guests have full access to the accommodation and garden. These are not shared with other guests or residents.



The barbecue is available year-round.

### BOOKING INFORMATION



- Security Deposit: On the day of arrival, we will hold a security deposit on the provided credit card. This deposit will be fully released after your stay, provided no damages or violations of the agreed terms are detected.

- Tourist Taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a tourist tax of 1,- per guest above 16 years old for the first 7 nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.

- Online Check-in: By law, all guests are required to check in online before arrival via our easy-to-use online guest area.

Both the interior and exterior looked like the photos

Both the interior and exterior looked like the photos, but it is located off a busy, main road that is nosy with cars, trucks, buses, etc. Also, there is minimal air in the main bedroom so it is very hot and night and there are a lot of bugs so you can’t really leave the door/window open. Other than that, it was a great stay! Good location for hiking and other outdoor activities. Responsive and friendly hosts! Super clean and comfortable place!

Casa acogedora, que mantiene muy buena temperatura en invierno y muy cerca de los volcanes más emblemáticos de la Garrotxa. Espacioso para 4 personas, con cocina perfectamente equipada y habitaciones completas. Dispone de un terreno para disfrutar del parque natural sin salir de la zona del alojamiento. Muy recomendable.

El espacio exterior y la casa espaciosa y acogedora . Mucho ruido por la proximidad a la carretera y falta de mosquiteras ( en los días que hemos estado había una plaga de insectos(que no eran mosquitos ) .

Una casa estupenda

Una casa estupenda, lluminosa i neta amb tot lo necessari. La cuina està equipada amb forn, cuina de inducció, nevera, congelador, rentaplats, tostadora i máquina de café de cápsulas. Els llits son molt cómodos. Els 2 banys estàn equipats amb lavabo i dutxa i en un de ells hi ha una rentadora per roba. La televisió ofereix molts canals i el WiFi és molt ràpid. El gran jardí és un petit paradís. La casa es troba junt a la ciclovía i a prop de les grans atraccions turístiques de la Garrotxa (Fageda d&#39en Jordà, Volcàns Croscat i Sta. Margarida, Santa Pau, etc.). Fins al centre de Olot només es triga 5 minuts. Els Majordoms la agencia que gestiona la casa, sempre estan disponibles per ajudar. No hi ha punt de queixa.

Los colchones de las camas son buenos, la ropa de cama también. La calefacción funciona bien, todo está limpio. Los muebles, cocina, etc son modernos y de alta calidad. Hay todo tipo de electrodomésticos. Las explicaciones son detalladas. La entrada a la casa no está señalizada, y es brusca, hay que construir el terraplén con caída suave. En la cocina retirar una sartén rayada y una olla quemada. Falta jabón y pinzas para la lavadora. El quit de bienvenida podría ser mas generoso
