On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen with an adjoining dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. In the living room, there is a large smart TV with a standard cable package and the option to stream from popular platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more.



Next to the kitchen, you will find a convenient toilet room.



At the front of the house, there is a spacious entrance with two comfortable chairs, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a good book.



As you go to the first floor, you'll discover two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. The front room of the house has French doors leading to a balcony with a charming view of Plaça de les Rodes.



The second room at the back of the house also offers two single beds and an adjoining workspace. The workspace features a spacious desk and a comfortable chair, making it a suitable place to work or study.

- Tourist Taxes: In accordance with Catalan tax regulations, a tourist tax of 1,- per guest above 16 years old for the first 7 nights will be charged on the day of your arrival. If you book through Els Majordoms, this will already be included in the price.
