Beautiful lakefront cottage on Lovell Lake in Wakefield NH.
Only 1.5 hours from Boston .. 40 minutes from North Conway Ski Country.
Walking distance to Poor Peoples Pub and NH Snowmoble trails.
In summer minimum rental is 7 nights
WE ONLY RENT FRIDAY TO FRIDAY

The cottage has two baths and 4 bedrooms plus a loft with bedding.
Sleeps 10
Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area plus a large wrap around outside deck
and sand gathering area with fire pit on the water.
Also has an outside shower.
Boat House & Dock
Great for summer rental or Winter rental for snow sports
North Conway Ski Resorts 30-40 minutes away.
Snowmoble trails within a 1/2 mile
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location!

Excellent location, very quiet side of the lake, very clean, and excellent communication with the owner thank you! Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time, and the bountiful loon and eagle sightings were a great bonus! Spacious and beautiful

Beautiful, well maintained home. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, pots and pans. Views of the sunrise from the home. Plenty of room for 6 adults.

We choose this property because it is so close to Boston, Maine, Ski Country, Beaches and more.
The lake is very clean and spring fed!
it is on a quiet lake with a wonderful setting.
Our house is walking distance to the village of Wakefield which has a market and restaurants.
Very easy access to Rte 16 which takes you to North Conway and several family activities.

What makes this property unique

Incredibly private yet access to town within minutes.
There is so very much to see and do, this house is in the lake's region and close to several hiking mountains.
