Villa Senia is a newly decorated contemporary holiday villa with sunny patio and private pool set in a peaceful location within an easy drive of Sitges and the coast



This spacious modern villa located in the urbanisation of Can Suria just outside Sitges has recently been refurbished in contemporary Scandinavian style. Large windows, bright white walls, and terracotta floors, all combine to create a bright and inviting space full of Mediterranean light and ambience.



Villa Senia, managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd, is tucked into a hillside amongst beautiful pine-covered hills and enjoys wonderful views across the valley and the rolling hills of the Garraf Natural Park.



The 170 m2 split-level design features 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to eight guests. The four bedrooms, three bathrooms, modern kitchen, and comfortable lounge area are all spacious, stylish and minimalistic in design.



The sunny terraces have multiple sun loungers around the private pool creating the ideal space in which to sunbath and relax while taking in the views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a dining table and an outdoor chill-out area for relaxing and enjoying alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. The living room and kitchen both have convenient access to the terrace.



Villa Senia offers a peaceful and private retreat and yet is less than a 20-minute drive through attractive vineyards and valleys to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges, with its numerous bars, restaurants, and boutiques as well as its excellent Blue Flag sandy beaches. Closer to home there are bars, cafes, bakeries and a supermarket just 5 minutes away in nearby Mas Mila.



The cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is only a 45-minute drive away and the airport can be reached in 30 minutes.



Accommodation



First Floor:



The first floor offers two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. On the left is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a floor-to-ceiling window. On the right is a bunk bed bedroom with an open wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling window.



Between the rooms is a fully tiled, modern bathroom with double washbasins, toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower.



Second Floor:

A wide landing on this floor leads into the spacious open plan living area featuring huge floor-to-ceiling french windows opening out to the terrace and pool. This calm and uncluttered space has a large dining table seating 8 guests, a chaise lounge sofa, coffee table and large TV. The beautifully finished galley kitchen is located at the top of the stairs, and has all the modern conveniences you need to create wonderful meals during your stay. This includes a built-in oven and microwave, a hob with an overhead fan, a fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a built-in washing machine for laundry. A door leads from the kitchen to the outdoor dining space for easy alfresco meals.



Off the landing to the right are a further two bedrooms and a bathroom. Firstly, the ensuite double bedroom is a lovely space with a small walk-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower. The twin room, with two single beds, has access to a balcony and has a wardrobe.



Opposite the twin room is a small bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, and walk-in shower.



BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 – 2nd floor – Master suite with double (160 x 200cm ), ensuite bathroom, large wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 – 2nd floor – twin can be made into a double, wardrobe, balcony.

Bedroom 3 – 1st floor – double (160 x 200cm) with wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 – 1st floor – bunk beds with open wardrobe.

TERRACE, POOL & PARKING



Although the interior of Villa Senia is comfortable and lovely, the back terrace is where you will wish to spend much of your holiday time. Step outside to this inviting space through beautiful French sliding doors with an awning overhead and see the refreshing swimming pool.



Six sun beds surround the pool, and then there is a conveniently located outdoor shower. A comfortable seating area with a sofa, two chairs and a table provide the ideal place in which to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.The alfreso dining area is located to the side of the house and also has easy access to the kitchen. The dining area seats six people but can be extended if needed. A retractable pergola and curtain can provide shade on hot afternoons if desired.



From the street level, a manual gate closes off the private parking area, and a door with a few steps lead to the villa’s entrance. A gated, paved driveway in the front of the building has space for 1-2 cars.
