Room is located in central area of the city. This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.Room has 2 beds (one single and one double), with sea view also has TV, air condition, WiFi and refrigerator. It also has access to the terrace and private bathroom.Guests have access to prking free of charge in front of villa.

The villa is located higher up Vojnović street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

Excellent place with comfort and great facilities in Dubrovnik

The villa was very comfortable. We had private showers, sunbeds, and a large garden with good views. The staff was excellent and he was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel in our own home. The location was also good- close to the transport.

B&B a circa 30 minuti dalla cittĂ  vecchia con parcheggio incluso, e comodo per utilizzare gli autobus per mare e cittĂ  vecchia. Camera comoda, bagno pulito e nuovo. Terrazza a disposizione degli ospiti. Costo eccessivo in agosto.

Villa was in a great location to catch the bus to other parts of the city. It has great sea views. The property felt safe and was very clean. They offered a clean communal kitchen and lent beach towels, which were added perks. Hosts were quick to answer messages and to provide advice on attractions and restaurants. The host, Alberto was so helpful and kind.

Great experience and I will gladly come back

The room was comfortable and had everything you need even a mini fridge. AC was also there interview from the window was really nice. They also was a terrace, and the staff was also very friendly. They also offered towels for the beach. I was greeted with a nice welcome and a cold beer. He also gave me some advice regarding restaurants when I asked him about it. Double windows were also really nice. Price was also reasonable but not cheap.

Good view of city and areas outside of Old town

Great spot overlooking the city. The owner met us himself and recommended some restaurants and places to visit which we did end up going to. Good facilities and we had a little balcony which was nice and a shared kitchen with other guests. A little bit further from town, but we didn’t mind just walking everywhere. If you want to be spending all of your days inside the old town, this might be a bit far but our accommodation distance meant we got to explore other areas of Dubrovnik as well

Good visit to Dubrovnik

Good location, quiet at night, restaurants are nearby, 20 minutes walk to old town or 5 minutes to bus stop. The shared terrace was really nice and our room has balcony with sea view.
