Room is located in central area of the city. This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.Room has 2 beds (one single and one double), with sea view also has TV, air condition, WiFi and refrigerator. It also has access to the terrace and private bathroom.Guests have access to prking free of charge in front of villa.

The villa is located higher up Vojnović street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

Location (25 min from downtown but with beautiful views and lots of places to have coffee, eat or just have a drink). Niksa was super nice and welcoming. The room was nice, comfortable bed. 30 min drive from the airport.

Lovely villa in Dubrovnik

The location was perfect, 15 minute walk to old town, Gruž or Lapad. Nice quiet neighbourhood, beach was just 5min. Friendly host and the property had everything we needed.

Perfect room, great value and lovely people!!

The property had everything we needed! Comfortable rooms, communal kitchen and wonderful terrace. They even supplied beach towels to use for the day, as well as sun cream and after sun.

If I came back to Dubrovnik I would come back to Villa Kate.

Niksa and Toni were very helpful with guidance about swimming and restaurants. Niksa got us to the airport without a hitch. Having a deck to relax on was pleasant before dinner, at the end of the day.

Great place in Dubrovnik

The Host and his family are great. Very welcoming and always ready to help. The terrace is amazing. It has a great view and it’s possible to use it at any time. The location is also great: 5min away from the first beach, surrounded by superrmarkets, ATMs or whatever is needed.

Perfekte ruhige Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick für einen Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Inhaber der Villa hat mir beim Check-In alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon mit Meerblick. Modernes und sauberes Badezimmer. Auch die Gemeinschaftsküche war sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Villa war es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Inhabers. Gute Lage, man kommt gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus in die Altstadt. Restaurants, Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Es war ein gelungener Kurzaufenthalt.

Das Dz war klein aber fein für mich als Alleinreisende. Für ein Frühstück konnte ich eine Küche und die Sonnenterrasse nutzen. Die Altstadt ist Fuß läufig gut zu erreichen, die oeff. Verkehrsmittel sind perfekt organisiert. In drei Tagen hab ich sehr viel erleben können, gutes Essen, die Insel Lokrum, Cavtat, baden und natürlich die historische Altstadt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Posizione buona, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 6 o 7 dal centro... Andando in discesa. Il ritorno è una questione di allenamento :) Gestore degli appartamenti simpatico e preciso, complimenti. Camere un po' piccoline, ma sufficienti. Parcheggio sotto casa.
