Spacious adobe home with high ceilings, sunken living room with picture window, vigas, Latillas, hardwood floors, Saltillo tiles, skylights and kiva fireplace. This old style southwest home was renovated in 2010 and incorporates modern conveniences. Featuring a large breezy covered deck (portal) with views of the mountains. A/C is available in the open kitchen/dining room and the master bedroom. The master suite has a new king sized memory foam bed and private full bath, the two additional bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and double bed. The home also has a separate study with large oak desk. The southwest décor is centered around antique furniture, Persian rugs and original art. Private coyote fenced yard is included. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet and cable TV. Two off street parking spots are located by front door.

Please note: although we are happy to welcome mature dogs, we are unable to have puppies or cats as guests.

Also, since we only rent by the month, the rates you are quoted are already based on longer term rental times.

This home is built in the traditional ways, with adobe, visas and represents old Santa Fe. We renovated it in 2010, so it has all the modern conveniences as well.

What makes this house unique

This home is in the Apodaca Hill neighborhood, which is authentic old neighborhood with many residents that are decendants of the original settlers. One can walk to the plaza or hike the Dorothy Stewart or Dale Ball trails from your casa.
