San Vincenzo, we offer for rent an apartment in the Santa Costanza residence, a few meters from the sea and the Coop shopping centre, located on the 3rd floor with lift and composed of a kitchenette with living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom with shower.
Large dining terrace to pleasantly spend both a summer lunch and dinner.
The accommodation is well furnished..

In the complex there are guarded swimming pools for adults and children from mid-June to mid-September with a solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and ample parking and bicycle storage.

Arrival: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our real estate agency.
Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.

Departure: no later than 9:00.
