Welcome to beautiful Villa Encanto, managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd, nestled on a sunny pine-covered hillside in Mas Mila, just a short drive outside of Sitges.



One of the highlights of Villa Encanto is its spacious and inviting outside area, where you can take a refreshing dip in the 6.5m x 3.5m pool and soak up the Mediterranean sun on the loungers provided. This outdoor oasis features a mini summer kitchen and a beautiful pergola dining area perfect for al fresco meals. Children will find endless entertainment thanks to the variety of amenities.



ACCOMMODATION



Ground Floor:

As you enter Villa Encanto’s ground floor, a staircase leads upwards, while to the right, a newly renovated studio awaits. There is an inviting lounge area with a sofa and TV and a small alcove with two chairs overlooking the pool area and filled with natural light. In addition, a double bed on a raised platform in the lounge area provides extra accommodation.



There are two double bedrooms accessed by a door from the lounge , one of which has a modern ensuite bathroom featuring a toilet, shower. There is a also an additional separate bathroom for the other bedroom and general use, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay.



Upstairs:

As you ascend to the upper level of Villa Encanto, you’ll find a charming breakfast terrace on the left. This tranquil spot has a four-person table with a parasol and picturesque views of the surrounding hills. In addition, there is comfortable outdoor furniture that invites you to relax.



A cosy sitting room awaits inside, equipped with air conditioning and a TV. Adjacent to the sitting room is the dining area, elegantly furnished to accommodate up to six people, and there is additional seating in the kitchen area.



The kitchen of Villa Encanto is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A lovely countertop bar offers a charming space to sip your morning coffee while overlooking the pool and the beautiful hillside views.



Continuing down the hall, you’ll discover three more bedrooms. On the left is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and next to it, a twin bedroom with two single beds. Straight ahead is the family bathroom, featuring a convenient walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Next, you’ll find one more double bedroom with a large wardrobe, and additional single sofa bed.



Bedrooms (all bedrooms have ceiling fans)



Bedroom 1 – Ground floor – Ensuite studio with separate double bedroom and fitness area, with additional elevated double bed in the lounge area.

Bedroom 2 – Ground floor – Double bed (160 x 200cm) with a desk. This room does not have a window but does have an air vent.

Bedroom 3 – First floor – Double bed with hanging space and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 – First floor – Two twin beds, with hanging space and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 5 – First floor – Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and additional single sofa bed.



Bathrooms



Bathroom 1 – Ground floor – ensuite for the downstairs bedroom with a washbasin, toilet, and shower.

Bathroom 2 - Ground floor - shower room with a washbasin, toilet, and shower.

Bathroom 3 – First floor – family bathroom with single washbasin, toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower.





OUTSIDE SPACES



The outdoor space at Villa Encanto offers a range of amenities and activities for everyone to enjoy. As you enter, parking is available for 2-3 cars.



The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the inviting private swimming pool, measuring 6.5m x 3.5 meters, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a refreshing swim. Optional pool heating available from February onwards (fees apply).



Adjacent to the pool, a table with seating for eight is situated under a pergola, offering a shaded spot for al fresco dining, or simply relaxing with a cool drink.



For the little ones (and the young at heart), Villa Encanto provides plenty of toys, a trampoline, a basketball hoop, and a sports net to keep everyone active and engaged.



Whether you’re grilling up a feast or preparing a light snack, the mini summer kitchen and barbecue area provide a convenient way to enjoy cooking in the open air while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
