The residence is located around 250mt from the sea, near Promenade of Lido dei Pini. Our three-room apartment is ideal for 4/6 guests and it is located on the 3rd floor with a lift that actually starts from the 1st floor. It comes a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower box, a balcony and one parking space per booking. Please note that the flat is not equipped with A/C. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
