The apartment was fully renovated in 2018 and includes a living/dining room that measures 20 square meters, featuring a double sofa bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. This room provides access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a bedroom with sloping ceilings, with heights ranging from 185 cm to 350 cm, containing a double bed (2 x 80 cm wide and 200 cm long) and also offering access to a balcony.
