Beautiful house in quiet location

Family of four stayed in this beautiful house. Plenty of room, clean and excellent condition. The pool and garden is ideal for playing, relaxing and entertaining. Communication with the host was exemplary. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. We booked for 2 weeks and left after 6 days as that was the quickest we could organise an alternative. The photos on the website are not recent pictures. The house is dirty and poorly decorated, cobwebs everywhere. The kitchen cabinets are worn with peeling paint. The oven does not work properly. The fridge door is taped on. The twin bedrooms have small cheap beds which are falling apart. There is no hanging space for clothes in those rooms, and inadequate or no curtains, so lack of privacy from the main road. My teenage daughter refused to sleep in the bedroom and slept on the sofa instead. There is a reason why the bathrooms are not photographed on the website. They are not well maintained. The master bedroom is downstairs and looks onto the pool, this is the only room with hanging space, and a few hangers provided. There are no shops or amenities within walking distance. The owner says the property meets quality standards for the area. If that is the case, avoid the whole area. The whole experience was so upsetting having looked forward to my holiday all year.

Haus mit wunderschönem Pool und Außenbereich

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Sofa ist unglaublich bequem und sehr groß, so dass die ganze Familie darauf Platz findet. Die Küche ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt praktisch kein Küchengerät, dass sie nicht hat. Das beste ist der Außenbereich: es gibt einen Chillbereich mit Sofa, einen großen Esstisch, mehrere Liegen, ein professionellen, riesigen Sonnenschirm und natürlich den tollen Pool. Außerdem noch eine Grillecke und vieles mehr. Bei gutem Wetter kann man den ganzen Tag draußen verbringen.

Exceptional stay in a beautiful villa!

We had an unforgettable vacation in this stunning family villa. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by the immaculate cleanliness of the place and the warm welcome from our hosts. The villa is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped to meet the needs of a family. The real highlight of this rental is the private pool, where we spent hours relaxing and soaking up the sun. The garden is also very well maintained, providing a peaceful and lush setting for rest. The outdoor kitchen with a barbecue was a great addition for our family evenings, and we particularly enjoyed the meals on the terrace with a view of the garden. The location is ideal: quiet, yet just a few minutes away from shops and local attractions. We were able to explore the area easily while enjoying a relaxing environment upon our return. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return during our next vacation. Thank you again for the warm welcome and for making our stay so enjoyable!

The property was all we'd hoped for

The property was all we'd hoped for, with a lovely pool and relaxing garden. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. It was situated on a very quiet road. There were no local shops but there was a large modern retail park only 5 minutes drive away. La Rochelle itself is a 15 minutes drive, and a perfect holiday destination. We all had a fantastic holiday!

Très bon sejour

Belle maison agréable tout équipé avec piscine et jardin J'aurais aimé profiter du lave vaisselle (pas de produit spécifique sur place) l'escalier n est pas trop adapté aux enfant en bas âge, notre fils à dormi avec nous :(, à part cela rien à signaler c étais sympa. Pour la sécurité autour de la piscine il faudrais installé une barrière afin de ne pas s'inquièter pour les enfants car le bracelet électronique ne nous a pas rassurer.

superbe villa

Notre séjour était merveilleux. Nous avons pleinement profiter de la piscine et du jardin. Dans cette région, la piscine chauffée n'est pas un luxe. Les déjeuners a l'ombre sous le gros figuier sont charmant. Le jardin clos avec ses fleurs rose est a l'abri des regards et du vent. L'intérieur est décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Je vous recommande la location des Figuiers.
